Sundays and Mondays Tax Preparation – The VITA Program will be providing free income tax preparation for all ages and low income families on Sundays from 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m. and Mondays 5:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m. through April 16. To register please, call 211 and follow the prompts, (choose option 3 then 6.)
Tuesdays and Thursdays Tax Preparation – AARP volunteers will be providing free income tax preparation from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday through April 12. Participants will be required to register by calling 203-877-5131.
March 7 Wednesday Mini-Health Fair- 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Acquire tips for being active and healthy at this interactive presentation by students in the SCSU Nursing Program. Topics to be covered include: Blood Pressure Screening, Cholesterol & Diabetes Education, Memory Exercises, Sleep Improvement, Nutrition, Chair Exercises and Free Raffle!
