Leonora C. Rodriguez, MS, DCP

Executive Director, Social Gerontologist
As the Executive Director, I am committed to fostering a vibrant Center for our esteemed members. With 22-years in senior services and a passion for enhancing quality of life, I lead a dedicated team curating diverse programs that promote nutrition and wellness, life long learning, and social connection. By cultivating an environment where each individual's unique experiences are celebrated, I aim to empower our members to embrace life's later stages with enthusiasm. Through collaboration, I ensure that our Center remains a haven where aging is celebrated, friendships flourish, and opportunities abound.

Rosie Rosa

Meals-on-Wheels Coordinator
Rosie Rosa ensures that every meal delivered to our seniors is a warm embrace of care. Rosie began her work as a MOW driver and understands the value of the service that is provided to medically frail and homebound individuals living in the community. Through her and her team's tireless efforts, they don't just deliver meals – they deliver comfort, companionship, and kindness.

Shelly Owens

Kitchen Supervisor
Shelly brings a love for serving food and seniors together! Shelly envisions the Mini-Lunch program as more than just a time to nourish the body but also the soul. Engaging with members, staff and volunteers, she and her team ensures full belly and fuller hearts.

Iris Diaz

Transportation Supervisor Iris is an experienced driver and coordinator of transportation services for both the general public and for older adults. Having served older adults in assisted living, she understands the needs many face as they navigate medical appointments, grocery trips and to/from other locations. Iris' friendly personality is partnered with safety for her riders as she focuses on efficiency and communication.

Shiwan Small

Milford Food Bank Coordinator As the coordinator for one of Milford's largest food access spaces, Shiwan greets clients and members of the public with a genuine heart to serve those in their time of need. Often laughter can be heard coming from the food bank as a result of the many relationships he has built. His strategic management approach has helped develop community partnerships and opened conversations about food security in Milford.
